 Chicken 65 one of the best starter in restaurants. When hear 65 we will mind only the chicken.Chicken 65 best side dish for Chicken biriyani.In india, each states mention the names different. Esspecially in Tamil nadu they called Chilly Chicken(famous street food).In karnataka they called Chicken kabab. In North side they called Chicken pakora.

INCRIDIENTS
Chicken - 200 grams
Curd-1 spoon
Lemon juice-1/2 spoon
Red chilly powder - 1 spoon
Pepper powder
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Corn flour - 2 spoon
Maida - 1 spoon
Methi leaves
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala-1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder
Salt

METHODS

To begin Chicken 65 , wash the chicken well.

* After washing the chicken, add lime juice, ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,garam masala,coriander powder,curd,methi leaves,corn flour,maida and required salt.

* Mix all the incridients.while mixing add water little by little. If you want coloring powder you can add in it.it's optional.

* After mixing, leave it for 30 minutes. Then only our chicken 65 Soft and crispy.

* Take a pan. Add required oil for frying. If the oil gets heat. Add marinated chicken in the hot oil.

* Fry the chicken in a hot oil 3-5 minutes.Then strain the oil, transfer to a plate.

* Now chicken 65 ready to serve hot.Serve with some onions or chutney.Usually Chicken 65 serve with onion and lemon. Sprinkle some pepper powder and serve.it's giving a good taste.

Note:

* While washing the chicken add pinch of turmeric powder and wash.Turmeric powder kills the bacteria.it's a antibiotic.
* While frying the chicken 65 keep the flame on low.otherwise Chicken color changed quickly.
