Mughlai chicken is a restaurant style,North indian recipe with a creamy,Dark Brown onion gravy that will have you licking the plate.Serve it with parathas,Biriyani or Rice and feel free to substitute paneer or potato if you are vegetarian.

Mughlai chicken is the best well combination of rice,biriyani and chapathi.All restaurant preferrable to serve with biriyani / roti. In this chicken curry i added indian spices like pepper,jeera,coariander seeds its gives a more taste for this chicken.Here i added one more thing roasted badam.its gives a rich taste for this Mughlai chicken gravy.For final garnishing added fried onion.That golden brown colour onion makes try to taste this Chicken gravy.That mixed masalas in the chicken is a different compare to other chicken gravies.i shared one of chicken starter try with this gray.its giving an awsome taste for all.

INCRIDIENTS
Chicken-250 gram
Curd -1 cup
Milk -1/2 cup
Pepper-1 spoon
Coriander seeds-1 spoon
Methi leaves-1 spoon
Jeera -1/2 spoon
Red chilly -3 
Badam
Ginger/Garlic paste-1 spoon
Red chilly powder
Salt
Green chilly-2
Onion - 1 Chopped
Oil
Turmeric powder

METHODS

* Wash the chicken with turmeric powder.
* Add Ginger garlic paste,half cup curd,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt.
* Mix it well.Set rest fo 15 minutes.
* Dry roast pepper,coriander seeds,red chilly,jeera and badam till change the color.
* In a mixer jar add all the roasted incridients and make fine powder.
* In a pan add five table spoon of oil.oil gets heat add chopped onion. Fry the onion till get golden brown color.
* In a same pan add two spoon of oil.oil gets heat add marinated chicken to the oil and fry it well.
* Add methi leaves and mix it well.
* Add grinded spices powder.And mix it with well.
* Add Remaining half cup curd.
* Add milk and salt.Fry it well till oil gets out.
* Add Green chillies.* Add required water to Chicken.Boil it for 10 minutes till oil gets out.
* Now Mughlai Chicken Curry ready Serve.

Mughlai chicken gravy very famous side dish for restaurant. Adding badam into this gravy gives a excellent taste for curry.Mughlai chicken gravy is the best side dish for chapathi,roti and biriyani.In restaurant they are serving it for chapathi / roti.

Note.

*  While roasting the spices, first add badam and roast few minutes. Then add all other spices. Because badam take more time to roast.
*  Give a small cut on green chillies. Then only it will give flavors to the gravy.
* While washing the chickrn add little turmeric powder and wash the chicken well.Turmeric powder kills the bacterias in the chicken.its an antibiotic also.
