Egg gravy | Egg gravy for rice | Egg gravy for chapathi | Egg curry

Egg gravy is very good combination for chapathi,rice, roti and idli. Best to eat with rice.We have to prepare egg gravy/ curry in different ways. In this egg gravy recipe, i am following south indian cooking method. Grounded indian spices always give rich taste for curry or gravy.Let's see how to cook egg with grounded spices.

Incridients

Boiled eggs - 4
Oil
Red chilly powder
Garam masala powder
Onion-1
Tomato -1
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds
Fennel seeds- 1 table spoon
Cinamon-4
Cloves-5
Coriander seeds-1 spoon
Bay leaf -1
Kal pasi/Stone flower - small piece
Star anasi-1
Kirambu- 3
Black pepper-1spoon
Coconut - 5-6 pieces
Roasted gram dal-1/2 spoon
Salt
Ginger garlic paste- 1 spoon

For grinding..

Coconut -5-6 pieces
Coriander seeds-1 spoon
Roasted gram dal-1/2 spoon
Cinnamon -2 
Cloves-3
Pepper-1 spoon
Fennel seeds-1/2 spoon

METHODS

To make Egg gravy first Boil the eggs.Then remove skins and Cut the boiled eggs.

* Heat a pan / kadai. Add oil,if oil gets heat add bay leaf,Star anasi,fennel seeds,cinamon,clove,kirambu,stone flower.Fry it well in the oil.Don't burn it.Be care ful while cooking.

* Add finely chopped onion, Tomatoes, red chilly powder,Garam masala powder and salt one by one.Saute all the incridients till oil gets out.

* Add Grinded masala paste to this gravy.And also add required Water. Boil it for 10 minutes till masala smell goes out.

* Add eggs into the gravy.Mix it well.Don't over mix.Otherwise egg yolk came out.Boil one more minutes.

* Now Egg gravy ready.Turn off the flame.

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 6:Now Egg gravy ready.Turn off the flame.

Step7:If egg gravy wants Colourful finally you have to do one more step.
Step 8:Heat a pan.Add two table spoon of oil.Oil gets heat add mustard seeds, After that add curry leaves.Then have to add one table spoon of kasmiri red chilly powder. Mix it well with the oil.Turn off the flame.

Step 8:Add the oil into the Gravy.It will give colorful look to the gravy.Now Egg gravy serve hot with rice or chapathi/roti.

I am usually serve this egg gravy with rice / idli.it will give good taste for both of them.
