Egg kothu parotta is one of the famous street food in South india.Esspecially in Tamilnadu.It's taste awesome. There are many varieties of kothu parotta's are there.Today i am just sharing HOW TO PREPARE EGG KOTHU PAROTTA AT HOME.For making egg kothu parotta no professional skill should not be needed.if you are gaving lacha paratha or normal parotta in home.You will make different types of parotta recipies like kothu parotta,chilly parotta within 15 minutes.


lets see story of kothu parotta ,how will i learn it same like a hotel/restaurants.before making kothu parotta you need for gravy or salna kind of things.refer my gravy recipies to make this parotta.Here i used egg gravy for this recipe.Usually in street sidehotels they will use chicken salna or plain salna kind of things only.In restaurants they are using kurma kind of things,here i used normal egg gravy only.For making egg kothu parotta you need some wooden or strong aluminium karandi to beating kothu parotta.Here i used only wooden thing.when i am typing kothu parotta i am getting mouth watering.Try my egg kothu parotta and comment.

INCRIDIENTS..
Cooked Parotta - 4
Gravy - 1 Small Cup(gravy like salna/
 Non veg Gravy)
Egg-2
Onion -1 
Tomato -1
Green chilly -2
Red chilly powder
Pepper powder
Garam masala powder
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Ginger garlic paste
Coriander leaves for garnishing

METHODS

* First cut the parotta into small pieces.

* In a hot pan / Kadai ,add four table spoon of oil.if oil get heats add ginger garlic paste,Onion, Tomato,Green chillies,curry leaves one by one.And fry it well.

* Add eggs, Pepper powder,red chilly powder,Garam masala powder and salt.Saute it well till eggs are fried well.

* Add pieces of parotta.And also add Gravy little by little while mixing the parotta.

* Always use wooden Dosa karandi or Silver Dosa karandi making this kothu parotta.Then only You will get kothu parotta like Soft and tasty.

* Now Egg Kothu parotta ready to serve with Any Non veg Gravy like salna,chicken kurma and gravy recipes.

INSTRUCTIONS WITH STEP BY STEP PICTURES

Step 5:Always use wooden Dosa karandi or Silver Dosa karandi making this kothu parotta.Then only You will get kothu parotta like Soft and tasty.
Step 6: Now Egg Kothu parotta ready to serve with Any Non veg Gravy like salna,chicken kurma and gravy recipes.


Serve it for night dinner with some Chickengravy usually i try to serve with this kothu parotta chicken gravy only.its only give much taste for our tongue.Try more things like this and get reward.


Note:
* when making kothu parotta frying the egg well.if the eggs are fried well then only you parotta could be tasty.
*For making  kothu parotta always use strong karandies.then only your parrota should be soft.
