  Onion Pakoda is the best evening tea time snacks in Tamil Nadu.For making  onion Pakoda have some tricks are there.Here I am telling those tricks and easy method for make this Pakoda very crispy and tasty.Whoever things Pakoda should be oil always.But here I am going to make pakoda in oil without absorbing the oil.
My all time favorite recipe is Pakoda.Best Indian evening sanacks in india.Compare to pakora recipies onion Pakoda is the best indian evening snacks.its very crispy outside and softer inside.

Before starting onion Pakoda have to cut the onion like slices.its very important to cut the onion into slices.Then only onion Pakoda becomes crispy outside.

Incridients:

Big onion - 2
Gram flour - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Jeera powder -1/2 spoon
Hing 
Salt

Method

* To begin to make Onion Pakoda,cut the onion into slices.

* Then add red chilli powder,jeera powder,pinch of Hing and required salt.Mix it well with the onion.

* Add Cup of gram flour mix it well with the onion.While mixing add water little by little.

* In a hot pan add some oil for frying the pakoda.if oil gets heat,add mixed onion into the oil like small balls.

* Fry it for 2- 3 minutes in the oil till color get change.while frying the Pakoda keep the flame on low.Otherwise Color of the Pakoda changed early.

* if the color of the Pakoda changed transfer to a plate.Now onion pakoda ready to serve hot with hot tea.

Instructions With Step by Step pictures 

1.To begin to make Onion Pakoda,cut the onion into slices.

This Pakoda is very tastier and crispiest.if you all try this at once. Again and again preparing it.pakoda serving it snacks for guest.And also serving it with curd rice, variety rice and Dal rice.

Note:
*While frying the Pakoda keep the flame on low.Otherwise Pakoda colors change darker.
*If you want you can had garam masala and pinch of baking soda to make pakoda softer and tastier.
