Paneer Butter Masala is very well combination of Chapathi and Roti.No one tell i don't like paneer.I learned this recipe from my mom.Usually we will use Cream to make paneer butter masala.But here i am using different method.Let's see what's it.
Preparing paneer butter masala will take only less time cook.

INCRIDIENTS  
Paneer - 100 gram
Onion -1
Tomato -2
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 spoon
Red chilly powder - 3/4 spoon
Garam masala powder-1 spoon
Cinnamon - 1
Clove-2
Fennel seeds-1/2 spoon
Bay leaf-1
Star anasi -1
Milk-1 cup
Corn flour -1 spoon
Butter 
Oil 
Salt as needed

METHODS

To begin paneer butter masala, Cut paneer into small cubes.

* Take one bowl.Add Corn flour,red chilly powder,Garam masala powder and salt.Mix it well all the incridients. Then add paneer cubes with this mix and mix well.No need to add water.

* In a heat oil fry the paneer Cubes .If we will fry like this, it will give soft and crispness to our paneer.

* In a hot pan add two table spoon of oil.if oil gets heat add finely chopped onion, tomatoes, red chilly powder,Garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt.Saute all the incridients one by one till get oil seems out.

* In a mixer jar add fried incridients and make fine paste.

* In a hot pan add Butter and oil.If the butter melts add spices.Sute it well in the oil.Then add giner garlic paste. Saute till get golden brown color.

* Add Fine paste into the oil and saute it well till oil seems out.

* Add cup of milk to this gravy.And mix it well.Boil it for 5 minutes.

* if the oil seems out Add fried paneer into the gravy and mix it well.Cook it for 3 more minutes for thicker .

* Now paneer Butter masala ready to serve hot.Sprinkle some coriander seeds on top and Serve hot.

NOTE:
* Instead of milk you may use cream.
* Don't skip to add Garam masala. Garam masala is the main incridients.
