Potato Capsicum Curry for chaparhi |Capsicum potato fry | Capsicum potato gravy |Capsicum potato curry for roti


Potato curry is the  best combination of Chapathi.Here we can use Capsicum into it.Then i add some ground nut powder into the curry.It will give good taste for curry.it's also main incridients of this gravy.Let's see
how to make potato Capsicum curry for chapathi.

INCRIDIENTS


Potato - 2
Capsicum - 1
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Grondnut - 2 spoon
Fennel seeds- 1 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red chilly powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder
Garlic
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Oil
Required salt

METHODS

Before begin a Potato Capsicum Curry ,Dry roast Grount nut and Fennel Seeds one by one.while roasting them keep flame on low.

* Add the Roasted ground nut and fennel seeds to the mixer jar and make a fine powder.

* In a hot pan, add four spoon of oil.if oil gets heat add finely chopped garlic and curry leaves. Stir it well in the oil.And also add finely chopped onion, tomatoes.And saute it well till oil seems out.

* Then add Potatoes, red chilly powder,coriander powder and salt.And also add little  water while frying.

* If the oil seems out, add Capsicum and mix it well.

* Add Grounded powder into the gravy. Fry it well untill raw smell goes out.

* Add required water to boil the potatoes. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.

* Sprinkle some coriander leaves on the top.Now potato Capsicum curry ready to serve hot with Chapathi or roti.

INSTRUCTIONS WITH STEP BY STEP PICTURES

Note:
 *  whenever saute tomatoes add little salt and saute it.It's makes quick to mash the tomatoes.
