Tandoori Chicken | Tandoori Chicken Recipe | How to make tandoori chicken without oven or grill

    Tandoori chicken is one of the famous non veg starter recipe in restaurant or hotels.Here i am going to show how to make tandoori chicken without oven or grill.For making Tandoori chicken Tandoori Chicken masala is the main incridient.When i am eating this Tandoori Chicke i felt same taste of restaurant style Tandooei Chicken. I thought we spend more money for this to buy outside shops.Now it's more hygienic and home made one.


For making Tandoori Chicken we will use full chicken or leg pieces. Here i am using only Chicken Breast. As your wish you can select it.For making Tandoori Chicken have to use grill plate.So be ready all those things.

Incridients 

Chicken breast- 200 gram
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 spoon
Curd- 1 spoon
Red chilly powder- 1 spoon
Lime juice- 1/2 spoon
Garam masala -1/2 spoon
Salt
Oil

Methods

To begin Tandoori Chicken,Wash the 200 gran of Chicken well.While washing the chicken add little turmeric powder and wash.Turmeric powder kills the bacterias in the chicken.
* In a Chicken breast,make a small cuts on it.Then only chicken breast / Chicken leg pieces absorb the masala inside of the chicken.
* In a large bowl, add Ginger - Garlic paste,red chilly powder,garam masala,curd,lime juice and required salt.Add little water and mix it well.
* Add Chicken pieces in the mixed masala.Mix it well with the Chicken pieces.Then only chicken pieces absorb the masala.Leave it for 30 minutes.
* In a hot pan or dosa tawa apply some oil.if the oil gets heat add marinated chicken one by one.
* Fry it both the sides till chicken gets softer.Place the knife on the chicken,check chicken gets softer or not.
* After Roasting the chicken,Transfer the roasted chicken into the plate.
* Place the grill plate on top of the gas stove.Place the chicken pieces on top of the grill plate.keep the flame low while roasting the chicken.
* Roast the chicken both sides for 5 minutes.This type of roasting only will give the flavors to the Tandoori Chicken or Grill Chicken.
* Now Tandoori Chicken ready to serve hot.Serve it with myonnaise and lemon.
