INCRIDIENTS

Channa - 100 gram
Onion - 1 big 
Toamto - 2
Green chilly - 1
Bay leaf - 1
star anasi - 1
Kirambu - 1
Clove - 2
Cinnamon - 1
Fennel seeds - 1/2 spoon
Red chilly powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Mango Powder - 1/2 spoon
Chat masala powder - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves
Coriander Leaves
Oil
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

To begin channa masala gravy need to do preparation.it's nothing but soak the channa six hours in the water.

* After soak the channa wash it two to three times in water.Then add channa into the pressure cooker.Add required water for channa.Pressure cook it 20 minutes(till get 6 whistles).

* In a hot pan / kadai,add three spoon of oil.if the oil gets heat add finely chopped onion,tomato,garam masala powder,red chilly powder and salt.Add all those incridients one by one and saute it well till get mash consistent.

* After frying all those incridients ,leave it to cool.In a mixture jar add fried onion and tomato mix and make a fine paste.

* In a pan add four spoon of oil.Add all the biriyani masala and green chilly, make a small cut on green chilly.Fry those incridients in oil .

* Then add onion tomato paste,saute it well in the oil till oil seems out from the gravy.

* Add Boiled channa with water and mix it well with the gravy. Boil it for five more minutes.

* By use of masher,mash the channa one by two.Don't over mash the channa otherwise gravy is not good to eat.

* Then add mango powder and chat masala powder with the gravy and mix it well.Boil it for five more minutes till oil seems out from the Channa masala gravy.

* Once you see the oil from the gravy switch of the stove.Now channa masala gravy ready to serve with chapathi.I would like to serve it with chapathi at dinner time.

Note:

* Boil the channa very well.Always soak the channa 6 hours and pressure cook it.
* Chat masala gives more taste to the gravy.If you want you will add that one also.
*Mash the channa using masher.Dont over mash it.otherwise gravy is not good to eat.
