INCRIDIENTS

Moong dal - 100 gram

Palm jaggery - 75 gram

Cardamom - 3

Ghee - 3 spoon

INSTRUCTIONS


*  To begin moong dal ladoo recipe, dry roast the moong dal till get golden brown color.Dont over roast moong dal. otherwise ladoo not coming well.while roasting the moong dal raw smell from the dal gone and also give soft ladoo.Try to choose split and skinless moong dal.

* For getting soft ladoo make a palm jaggery fine powder by using mixture jar.

*In a mixture jar add roasted moong dal and cardamom,and make a fine powder.Then add the fine powder in the strainer.Strain the moong dal flour well for getting soft ladoo.

*In a large bowl add moong dal flour or powder,then add powdered jagerry with that and mix it well without any lumps.

*While mixing the moong dal powder and jaggery powder add ghee little by little and mix it well.if you feel dry while mixing the flour and jaggery and one more spoon of ghee.

*Then make a medium sized ball.place some cashews on top of the moong dal ladoo and serve it.

* Serve this moong dal ladoo in lunch time or evening snacks time.Otherwise try to give kids lunch boxes.

* Store it in air-tight container and keep it fresh for 10 days.
