2 Minutes crispy Potato fry | Aloo fry | Urulaikilangu varuval|உருளைக்கிழங்கு வறுவல்

  In this recipe,i am sharing how to prepare crispy Potato fry within 2 minutes. it's best side dish for curd rice, lemon rice and rasam.It takes only few minutes to prepare.



Crispy Potato fry




Incridients

Potato - 2

Finely chopped Garlic

Fennel powder - 1 spoon

Garam masala powder - 1/2 spoon

Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon

Red chilli powder

Salt

Turmeric powder

Oil

Curry leaves

Step by step instructions to make Potato fry

* Wash the potatoes.Peel of the skin from the potatoes.

* Finely chopped the potatoes as your wish.
I shopped it square shape very small then only it cook faster.

* In a kadai,add two spoon of oil.

* If oil gets heat ,add finely chopped garlic and fry it well.

* Add finely chopped potatoes.Then add turmeric powder, Garam masala powder, Fennel powder,Red chilli powder, Pepper powder and required salt.

* Fry the potatoes and masala in the oil very well.

* Close it and cook for 2 minutes in low flame.

* Finally add some curry leaves and mix with potatoes.

* Now Potato fry is ready to serve with curd rice or lemon rice.

Note:

* If you don't have fennel powder,roast the fennel seeds and add it in a mixer jar make fine powder.
